Fathom Events does everything we can to make sure that items advertised for an event are handed out, from tracking deliveries to sending clear instructions, but sometimes mistakes happen.
We have limited quantities of inventory to send replacements, so please fill out the form linked below as soon as possible if your location failed to give out an item. Please note, all requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date the item was handed out.
Make sure to attach your ticket confirmation, we won't be able to help without this!
